Indonesian to English Other Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs

This appears several times in a divorce decree, e.g.
"dengan ini menjatuhkan talak satu roj'i kepada isteri saya XXX"
and
"Majelis berpendapat perlu menetapkan perkawinan antara Pemohon dengan Termohon putus karena talak roj'i."
I understand that talak roj'i refers to the first or second divorce pronouncements after which reconciliation is still possible. In the translation I would translate the meaning in natural English and then put add (talak roj'i). I'd like suggestions as to the natural way of expressing this in English.
