menggunakan "divided" dengan preposisi "up" untuk menjelaskan bahwa sertifikatnya yang dibagi-bagi. Tanpa preposisi "up" dapat memberi indikasi bahwa sertifikatnya dibagi-bagi ke pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan.
Dengan menggunakan present perfect tense, maka sudah menunjukkan bahwa pembagian sertifikat telah selesai dilaksanakan, jadi menurut saya tidak perlu lagi menggunakan "completely".
