For marriage or divorce deed of change of name *might* be required

http://www.ukdp.co.uk/name-change-divorce/

In other case, a deed might *not* be required and tradition/ custom may only require certificates of marriage or divorce as legal document

Or in other word, these certificates acts de facto as deed
Note from asker:
Does that also apply in the event of marriage, divorce, etc.?
As far as I understand it, and from the Wiki page, a deed poll (deed of change of name) is only required if a person wants to officially change their name other tahn by marriage, but isn't required if a person marries, is it?
Peer comment(s):

agree philgoddard : David is right - it just means "changes of name".

Thank you. Yes, in "Familienbuch" it would superfluous to state that this was done by deed (de jure or de facto), otherwise it would not be entered there.
