From a text detailing the lockout procedures:

"A-t-il autorisé l’isolateur à procéder à la déconsignation ?"

"A-t-il vérifié que la déconsignation est complétée et que tous les documents sont signés ?"

It is clear from the context that they are talking about the removal of the lock out, but I am unable to think of a more compact term than "lock ot removal".
