This formulation come up before.
In my notes, I have this example:
Le solde à 60 jours fin de mois le 10 = balance paid on the 10th of the month following the end of the month which has the day which is 60 days from now
So yours would be paid on the 20th of the month following the end of the month which has the day which is 30 days from now.
Or - take today, add 30 days, this is called month M, payment in the 20th of month M+1. Neat, huh!!

I don\'t think such payment terms are very common in English-speaking countries (I think it\'s usually just x days), but I guess you could explain it by saying something like:
payment will be on the 20th of the calendar month that follows the date of receipt of your invoice plus 30 days.
Does that sound clear?

If you deliver the 25th november, you have to waith for the end of month, then 30 days, and then the next 20th, so january 20th

this has come up several times and it is not at all common in English, but it means payment is 30 days from the end of the month when delivery was made, then extended to the 20th of that month (payments issued once each month on the 20th)

Seems to me all the explanations are correct, but it's hard to find a neat way of expressing it.
My suggestion would be to separate the 2 ideas; basically, the payment terms are 30 days [standard English practice, no real need to add 'from date of invoice'], but the payment won't be made until the next 20th of the month... or '20th of month following', in commercialese
