Actually, I made up the term; I've been asked to coin one for a new figure so made up the English one, I have several versions and I'm chewing them over until they decide what it will be called in Spanish ("madrina de la empresa") was one suggestion ... a bit hortera i thought...

Sorry to comment on this after the fact, but "desarrollo de mujeres empresarias" is not the development of business, it's the development of WOMEN (who own business). I don't think that's what you are trying to say.
