Service providers name(SP) expects to negotiate any contract with only one “prime bidder”. Service providers name(SP) will not accept any proposals that reflect an equal teaming arrangement or bidders who are co-bidding on this RFP. The prime bidder will be responsible for the management of all subcontractors. Service providers name(SP) will accept only complete solutions from a primary bidder. Bidders may not bid on only one item or a combination of items from the RFP
