Mildly enlarged lateral ventricles, especially the temporal horns.
CT of the brain: Impression: Hypodensity involving bilateral posterior frontal and parietal lobes with loss of gray-white differentiation highly suspicious for acute ischemic injury. No acute hemorrhage.
