es un error: "call forwards"
Es que han puesto un espacio entre for y wards, pero tiene que ser "call forward", si no no tiene sentido en este contexto.

Por cierto, se me olvidó incluir que, al menos aquí en España, la traducción sería:
"(Servicio de) desvío de llamadas"
