Bonus Agreement
A ver si alguien me ayuda a terminar de aclararme con este término en este contexto. ¿Se trata de un objetivo del 15%? (¿de qué?) ¿O es un 15% de la bonificación por objetivos? ¿O debe alcanzar un 15% del objetivo para cobrar la bonificación?
"WHEREAS
FIRST. The Employee has been rendering professional services for the Company under his assigned seniority of DD-MM-YYYY, in the position of Legal Counsel.
SECOND. The Employee has an annual bonus agreed which shall be for a maximum annual percentage of the Employee’s fix salary in particular Fifteen Percent (15%) of his fix salary . That percentage is weighted up to a maximum of one hundred percentage (100%).
In the new bonus plan the maximum annual percentage of the Employee’s fix salary will be ***Fifteen Percent (15%) Target*** and Thirty Percent (30%) Maximum.
Accordingly, both parties hereby mutually agree to freely decide of their own will to supplement the employment contract binding them, dated DD-MM-YYYY, with this permanent amendment incorporated as an additional clause thereto, effective as of January YYYY, based on the following
CLAUSES:
ONE. The Employee requests a change in his annual bonus plan, within the new terms and conditions attached to this agreement. In this new plan the maximum annual amount could be higher than one hundred percent (100%) of the ***fifteen percent target (15%)***, up to a maximum of two hundred percent (200%>) depending on the different objectives and criteria applicable to the Company."

Comparto el razonamiento previo. Por expresarlo en castellano, en este caso, el trabajador puede obtener una bonificación de hasta el 15% de su salario fijo. 15% of the Legal Counsel's salary
I understand that the former bonus would be up to 15% of his salary, up to a maximum of 100% (the maximum being 15% per cent of his salary). Under the amended contract, this bonus could exceed the 15% maximum and could be as high as 30% of his salary (200%). Am I wrong?

: I understand the same: he can now earn up to 200% of his bonus, i.e. up to 30% of his salary. However, the target bonus is still 15% (for meeting his objectives - the supplement would be for exceeding objectives.
