Busqué en el sitio de la universidad y aparentemente el título completo es "Charles L. Jacobson Professor of Public Affairs/Department of Political Science/University of South Carolina".

Supongo que se refiere a una beca, a un fellowship... Cuando es así, que estas becas o títulos llevan el nombre propio de alguien, ¿cómo se indica esto en español?

Me parece que sólo poner "Profesor Jacobson de Asuntos Públicos, etc." da lugar a confusión...
