that when you try it, you'll see" = it's VERY hot. So, I'd go with �lvaros "endiablados" o "del diablo". I think it clearly conveys the meaning. Goodbye and bon appetit!

I think "wicked" does not only refer to the shrimp being spicy. I believe it's a funny way to describe a dish in the menu, because they could have easily used "hot" or "spicy" or something of the like instead of "wicked". For me it's like saying

Hi Hammersley,

At least in Spain, it is relatively frequent to use the adjective "endiablado" to indicate a hot or spicy dish. I think it is frequent also in some LatAm countries.

As for shrimp, camarones is the most widely accepted term.

Thank you BA! I agree, if they had just wanted to say "spicy" or "hot" they wouldn't have used "wicked". On the other hand, in the UK wicked is often used to mean "really good" (oh, the lure of evil!), so there could be a double meaning there. :O) :O) :O)

Horrible cocina cajún

En el Collins se recoje Cajún como un tipo de cocina así que yo lo traduciría en cuanto a Wicked tiene númerosos significados pero parece que perversa u otros no son los más adecuados así que yo la llamaría horrible

También "al modo cajún". Wicked también tiene sentidos diferentes a los peyorativos. En registro popular también significa sensacional, estupendo, fabuloso o, incluso, pícaro.

La comida cajún se caracteriza por ser muy picante. Si es "wicked cajun" es que es más picante que la cajún, tanto que es wicked.
Lo usan en Estados Unidos para enfatizar comidas picantes. Lo he visto con "wicked buffalo wings".
