English to Russian Other Law: Taxation & Customs

When lodging a goods declaration pursuant to the provisions of this Act, declarants shall:
(a) Determine and declare the classification, valuation and origin of the goods applying:
 The nomenclature of the World Customs Organization’s International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, as implemented by the ECOWAS Common External Tariff and the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria;
 The provisions of the World Trade Organization’s Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, as implemented by this Act and other laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria;
 The official currency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, using the official daily exchange rate issued by the Central Bank of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in effect at the time of importation of the goods into Nigeria or the exportation of the goods from Nigeria;
 Rules of origin as may be specified in applicable international agreements and this Act
