Provisioning
Managers and administrative professionals are responsible for requesting and managing basic provisioning through eSetup for the following:
Workspace
Hardware (laptop/desktop, monitor),
Email and calendar,
File and print share,
Audio conferencing card; and
VPN/dynamic security code hardware.
The basic provisioning process in place for contingent workers through Beeline will remain the same
Note that People Services will maintain ownership of initiating the ХХХХ Identity Registration (ХХХХ ID) and PIN.
Once created, the hiring manager will receive the information via email.
This will alert them that the equipment and access provisioning can begin.
