La capitolul Laytime: Notice at loading port to be given to the Agents. Master to have the right to give NOTICE of READINESS by cable, however time used from anchorage or waiting place to loading/discharging berth not to count as laytime. However, time and cost of shifting vessel from Tincan Island to Apapa will be on Owner's account. Notices to be tendered basis, whether in customs clearance or not, whether in free pratique or not, whether in berth or not, whether port or not both ends.
