Complet gresit! Ati introdus in glosar un termen tradus complet gresit. In textul de mai sus se poate traduce ca NU exista ordin de lichidare, dar certificate of non winding-up este corect tradus ca certificat de solvabilitate. Wind UP inseamna lichidare... non-winding up inseamna a fi solvabil... In plus intrebarea este pusa comlet gresit... textul dvs. arata Wind-up Order care este intr-adevar ordin de lichidare, dar ati cerut traducere pentru certificate of non-winding up care este de fapt certificat de solvabilitate. Cu tot respectul, ati incurcat borcanele...

Greek vs. Turkish Cyprus - as a part of the British Commonwealth - largely follows English & Welsh company law in the main, so 1. winding-up of a company can be launched on the grounds of insolvency or because it 'is just & equitable' (a big Board of Directors argument, immoral or unlawful running of the company etc.). The company is then said to be 2. in liquidation 3. will then be dissolved and end up 4.defunct 5. then 'struck off' the register.

Strictly, UK and English Common Law partnerships - apart from LLPs / limited liability partnerships that are also wound up - go staright into 'dissolution'.

Acesta atesta faptul ca firma este solvabila, exista si nu s-a emis niciun ordin de lichidare pentru ea. Asa inteleg eu NON-winding up (winding up = lichidare)
