Aş putea traduce termenul ca "nivel de ierarhizare"?

Știu, este doar o părere personală că „imbricare” are un sens puțin diferit de „nesting” - un fel de „încuibare” :), iar „imbricare” este un fel de „întrepătrundere”.

Nu știu dacă „imbricare” este cel mai potrivit pentru „nesting”. Imbricare înseamnă îmbinare, suprapunere parțială, potrivit pentru termenul IT „interleaving”. Vezi și GDT, pentru „nesting” este „emboîtement”, iar pentru „interleaving” este „imbrication”; se menționează că este cvasisinonim cu „nesting”.
