provided that
( a) the Principal is the owner of systems / projects in photovoltaic technology , sites on the territory of ... , in Annex " A- Pipeline" (hereinafter, the "Plant ");
( b ) the Principal intends to sell , even partially, the equipment (hereinafter, the "Sale");
( c) the Advisor has the technical expertise necessary to assist the Principal in all phases related to the identification and selection of potential buyers , as well as those relating to the negotiation and definition of Sale ( hereinafter, together , the "Project");
( d ) for the purposes of this mandate, the Principal also operates , everyway , representing the company and the shareholders listed in Annex " A- Pipeline ."
Given the above
the parties agree as follows
