Ainda pensei que se tratasse de "pessoa colectiva", mas tive de tirar a prova dos nove. Não sei se é isto mesmo...
In the United Kingdom, the general provision concerning legal persons is made under the Interpretation Act 1978 which (in Schedule 1) provides that unless the contrary is stated, the word ‘person’ in a statute is to be construed as including a
‘body of persons, corporate or incorporate’.
