Kindly help translating this sentence: "will be rolled over for the next 5 years".
The original document of the distribution agreement says: A licence fee which has been paid- USD 2.2 million dollars will be for the duration of this contract and will be rolled over for the next 5 years under the same term and conditions provided minimum volumes are met.
Could it be ... renewed for the next 5 years...?
