Pensei inicialmente que 1x fosse a extensão (formato) do arquivo de vídeo, mas pesquisei e vi que a extensão .1x é uma extensão para SYSTEM-PROG C-SRC file.

Portanto entendo que o autor esteja a se referir ao número de arquivos de vídeo (ou de filme) que cabem no cartão SIM.
