I know CEO must be chief executive officer and I think I can translate that one to Hebrew (Mankal), but what about the two others.

Selected
מנכ"ל, מנמ"ר ו
CEO = מנכ"ל which means מנהל כללי = to Chief Executive Officer (mankal)
CIO = מנמ"ר which means מנהל מערכות מידע ראשי = to Chief Information Officer (manmar)
COO = מנהל תפעול ראשי = to Chief Operating Officer (menahel tif'ul rashi)
I'm not sure what the abb. is for the latter, though.
Hope this helps =)

אתה צודק לגבי המנכ"ל האחרים הם chief information officer ו-chief operations officer שתרגומם מוצע בהתאמה.
