I have zero context, but think it's about oil.
The whole file is a very short table with required information for XXX [country] EMRA legislations. (I've asked for clarification from client).
Other rows in the table are:
Density (15 °C): צפיפות
Flash Point [Method]: נקודת התלקחות
Viscocity: צמיגות
***Pour Point:***
TBN (I believe this is Total Base Number) - אלקליות כוללת
TAN (I believe this is Total Acid Number) - חומציות כוללת
If you think I mistranslated any of the other terms, please let me know which and I will post separate questions for them.
