So ,the closet bulgarian word i have got in mind has got more of a negative meaning ....'Донос' and i am 100% positive sure it couldn't be any further from the accurate meaning :) ...may be Известяване/известие?!?!


Referral in the context of social services is when somebody (family member,neighbour,teacher or agency) gives information to social services that a child is being neglected or abused ...


referral enables protection,safety and welfare of children. Referrals may be introduced by agencies and professionals that refer the case to Children’s Social Care when there is a risk they might continue be harmed in the future or whenever their personal development may be at risk. In some cases members of the public who have to disclose their personal data can make the referral.
