I think in this case you need to go back to the basic meaning of "replenish", which means "nourish", "replace", "resotre", or "renew"old skin cells, to restore the "fresh appearance of the skin", so I would not stick to literal meaning of the word.

استعادة نضارة الجلد/ حيوية خلايا الجلد
as for " intensely", you may just ignore it, as it only means "intensive" treatment of the skin.
