On a form called "正电子类放射性药品新制剂备案批件", there is a row called "主送" and "抄送". How should I translate them? Can "抄送" be translated as "Send copy to", or do you have a better suggestion?

To vs. CC

主送 is just 'To'. 抄送 is 'Carbon Copy'.

how about 'send to' and 'cc to'?
Note from asker:
Make perfect sense, but these are the last two rows in the form. I'm not sure whether it is unclear to just have "to" and "cc to".
