Catalan term (edited): Financier

financier

I've found it in Termcat. The Catalan spelling should also include an "i": financier

Check this recipe of blackberry financier: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,1977,FOOD_9...

I've also foudn the definition of financier in English: "Financier:
A small cake or cookie that is made with ground nuts and whipped egg whites. These are soft like sponge cake, and have a rich flavor of nuts." at http://www.cdkitchen.com/features/glossary/definition/Financ...
