Nature of reasoning
Narrative reasoning is a central mode of clinical reasoning in occupational therapy. Therapists reason narratively when they are concerned with disability as an illness experience, that is, with how a physiological condition is affecting a person's life. In this paper, narrative reasoning is contrasted with propositional reasoning, and two kinds of narrative thinking are examined. The first is the use of narrative as a mode of speech that can be contrasted with biomedical discourse, in which disability is framed as physical pathology. The second involves the creation rather than the telling of stories. Therapists try to "emplot" therapeutic encounters with patients, that is, to help create a therapeutic story that becomes a meaningful short story in the larger life story of the patient.

rationalization stamp

Hello Sian_Trans
Yes you can see the stamp because the service was completely processed. I believe the stamp is to be added after the beneficiary served and then he must pay to encourage rationalization.

Note from asker:
Hi Awad I think you are on the right lines. It would be better translated as "guidance/advice stamp" with a footnote to say it is a medical fee/revenue stamp as I found this link which shows you the actual stamp in question. The stamp gives a piece of advice/guidance to the patient about taking the doses of medicine at the appointed times and keeping it away from children: http://www.revrevd.com/libya-republic-and-peoples-republic.html Rationalization means to find a 'good reason' for things that we really know are wrong. |

: After referring to the link in Sian's note, I do agree with your suggestion of "rationalization"// In my post below, you will find a proof that it is the right word in this context. Best
