- يجب على المستأجر إصدار رخصة بناء والبدء بتنفيذ أعمال الإنشاءات خلال المدة المحددة في العقد، وفي حال توقفه أثناء الإنشاء أو بعد الإنشاء، حينها يجب إشعار "المؤجر" مباشرة، وفي هذه الحالة يحصل المستأجر على مهلة توقف بشرط ألا تتجاوز هذه المهلة المدة المحددة في بنود هذا العقد.
