المادة السادسة: التأمين:
1- يلتزم الطرف الثاني بالتأمين على البضائع -محل التعاقد- على مسؤوليته ونفقته الخاصة ويجب أن يكون التأمين سارياً طوال فترة هذا العقد أما في حال كان التأمين على بضائع محددة فيجب أن يكون سارياً طوال فترة النقل المتفق عليها في عرض السعر الذي يقدّمه الطرف الأول للطرف الثاني.
2- في حال وجود أي نزاع بين بين عدة شركات تأمين متعلّق بالبضائع -محل التعاقد-، فإن الطرف الثاني له الرجوع على تلك الشركات وحدها دون سواها ولا علاقة للطرف الأول بذلك.
