контекст As to the question of luggage of ICRC staff, it does not enjoy any special status and can be screened if so required by the concerned officials. The only benefit that the HQA provides in connection to the luggage of ICRC mobile staff is described in the article 10, sub-chapter 2, which says that luggage can not be seized. However, this applies only to those mobile colleagues who are accredited (not to mix with registration ! ) with MFA in MOS. For the moment, these are only mobiles based in MOS
