MRI of brain with contrast showed midline cerebellar high-grade tumor causing moderate supratentorial hydrocephalus with mild periventricular edema, measuring 5.3 x 4.6 x 4.3 cm and showed intermediate irregular septal enhancement. The lesion also had multiloculated cystic components, more at the left side causing mild cerebellar tonsillar herniation.
