The Charterers shall be entitled to order the vessel not to sail but to remain idle or laid up either alongside a safe berth in a safe port or at a safe anchorage for any period for a minimum period of 30 days provided the Vessel is on hire under this Charter in which case the Charterers shall have *benefit of any return insurance premium* receivable by the Owners from their underwriters as and when received from underwriters by reason of the vessel being idle or laid up but shall indemnify the Owners for any and all additional costs and expenses of whatsoever nature which would not have been incurred if the vessel had been trading.

"получает страховое возмещение по любой возвратной страховой премии, получаемой..." -
