Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "have nor will" в следующем контексте:
Neither the Distributor nor any of its directors, officers or employees have nor will offer, promise, give, authorize, solicit or accept any undue pecuniary or other advantage of any kind to any political party or organization, government or client or any public official or employee for whatever reason or purpose in any way connected with this Agreement.

Спасибо, но ошибаетесь, здесь have относиться к прибыли, как мне кажется в этом контексте.
