Swedish to English Medical Medical: Cardiology
This word appears in a part of a patient report listing things, under the heading of Hjärta Kärl, that might apply and providing Yes & No boxes for the answers. The other items in the list are Infarkt, Angina, Hypertoni and Hjärtsvikt. Those are not the problem, I just can't find anything about "Vitier"

Vitier is the plural of "vitium", which in this context stands for "vitium organicum cordis" or organic heart disease. I don't think that you need to use the plural in ENglish.
