Arabic to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Construction works in an apartment for sale

Hi all,

Please see the phrase in the title - عمل مدة السطوح وتصوينه
This is an item in a list of obligations of a house seller towards the buyer (as part of a contract for selling the house), i.e. this is a work the buyer has to do before selling the house.

I couldn't find what تصوين is (Google autocorrects to تصويت) and I also don't understand what مدة could be in that context.

Any help would be much appreciated!
