Has anyone seen this abbreviation? In a nullity action, Plaintiff has claimed inadmissible modification, and Defendant is refuting that claim:
"Anders als von der Nichtigkeitsklägerin vorgetragen (vgl. Seiten XX ff. der Nichtigkeitsklage), sind die beanspruchten Gegenstände jeweils unmittelbar und eindeutig in den Ursprungsunterlagen offenbart. Die Nichtigkeitsklägerin hat die WO-Schrift bereits als Anlage XXXX in das Verfahren eingeführt.
Is it a form of "Widerspruchs- …. "?
