You need to alter it slightly, because I don't think "Public Registrar of Property and Commerce" sounds right in English, plus you can omit "ciudadana".

You need to alter it slightly, because I don't think "Public Registrar of Property and Commerce" sounds right in English, plus you can omit "ciudadana".
