The manufacturing process for the pellet-in-capsules includes standard API loading and coating of MCC-pellets on fluidized bed followed by encapsulation of drug-loaded pellets.
Then the 20 mg pellet-in-capsules are packaged into 45cc HDPE bottles (30 pellet capsules/) and 40 mg pellet capsules are packaged into 75cc HDPE bottles (30 pellet-in-capsules/bottle).
