J'ai un doute ici. S'agit-il bien de cela :

La Partie A et la Partie B ont, grâce à une consultation amiable et conformément aux lois pertinentes de la République populaire de Chine, passé un accord au titre duquel la Partie A **confie à la Partie B la prestation de services personnels** selon les conditions générales énoncées ci-dessous :

Party A and Party B have, through friendly consultation and in accordance with the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China, reached an agreement whereby Party A entrusts Party B to provide personnel services with the terms and conditions as stated below:

Article 2 Definitions:
Staff member: lt refers to the employees whom Party A directly engages and entrusts Party B to provide personnel service to.

C'est un texte qui a déjà été traduit du chinois vers l'anglais, donc le client m'a dit qu'il se pouvait que la qualité ne soit pas excellente.

Le texte source est en chinois puis traduit vers l'anglais...je n'ai rien d'autre

Can you clarify this? It would help if you used quotation marks and made explicit what your source text is. Is all of the text in English quoted directly from your source document? If so, it is as well to be aware that it is not very well-written; e.g. it is incorrect to write that A entrusts B to provide XYZ. The correct form is that A entrusts B with the provision of XYZ. In other words, "to entrust" takes the preposition "with" and requires a noun predicate, not a verb.

Is the French sentence your provisional translation? If so, it looks fine to me.
