At 0.05 mg/kg/day, talazoparibrelated decreases in the mean weights of the thymus correlated with reduced lymphocyte counts, and those in the testes and epididymis correlated with microscopic findings of testicular degeneration/atrophy and decreased *luminal sperms in the epididymis*.
Microscopic changes included slight to marked degeneration/atrophy in the seminiferous tubules of the testes and minimal to slightly reduced luminal sperm in the epididymis (males) that correlated with the mean reduced testis weight, and slight increases in myeloid to erythroid ratios in the bone marrow (femur and sternum).
