Kinder 0.0 children is quite feasible in German tax law. It is possible for non-married parents to share the tax benefit. I learned the hard way, when I wrote a program that only accounted for 'whole' children.

Agree with 2 out of 3 As I put in my answer, StKL = Steuerklasse, Kon = Konfession.
Ki = 0.0 Would be odd to put 0.0 to refer to children. The reference I found is pretty solid. Ki = Kirchensteuer

It's abit of an educated guess, but it could be: StKL = Steuerklasse, Ki = Kinder, Kon = Konfession. Would be interested what others think.

Ki is short for Kinderfreibetrag and not for Kirchensteuer, so what's your problem
