Hi All,

I think 'younger' means a category. Please check this screenshot

JaneD Apr 15, 2015:
It doesn't mean anything without more context - do you have anything before or after this or is it just an individual entry in a list?
Jonathan MacKerron Apr 15, 2015:
Something seems to be missing is there an entire sentence you can give us? Is there a comma before 'younger'?

age category

based on your screen shot, 'younger' possibly denotes a certain age category, in addition to 'middle'. But still just a guess.

Thank you so much :)

agree Charles Davis : A sub-category of adult, presumably; 19-44 is younger adult, 45-64 is middle adult and 65+ is older adult.
