All are used Hello Tarik, you can find all of the suggested terms used:
Dialogue Among Civilizations
Dialogue of Civilizations
Inter-civilization Dialogue
But check when you have each between quotation marks and see which one is used the most. It is about 18K times for the first, 58k for the second and 193 k for the last one which I suggested.
