Good afternoon
I would appreciate some help with this term. All I know is that "permeable" = patent, but how do I turn this into the past tense?
CHIMIO-EMBOLISATION INTRA-ARTÉRIELLE HÉPATIQUE DROITE:
Renseignements cliniques :
My attempt:
INTRA-ARTERIAL CHEMO-EMBOLISATION OF THE RIGHT HEPATIC ARTERY:
Clinical information:
Two liver cancer lesions of segments V and VIII
Technique and observations:
Language barrier. Asepsis and a local anaesthetic were administered, followed by retrograde puncture of the right common femoral artery and 5F vascular introducer sheath placement. Selective catheterisation of the superior mesenteric artery, which was normal, and orthograde mesenteric-splenic-portal venous return with a patent voluminous paraumbilical vein. The right portal vein was orthograde and the previous doppler ultrasound had shown a satisfactory portal venous flow in view of chemo-embolisation...
Thank you!

You don't really need to say it has become patent once again. This is understood.
