French term

M1 bissectrice

French to English Medical Medical (general) coronarographie
La M1 bissectrice est complètement occluse.

Is "bissectrice" here and adjective or is it related to the ramus intermedius?

My search did not find "M1 bissectrice" nor "M1 ramus intermedius" but I am not a pecialist in cardiology. Any light you can shed on this will be much appreciated.

TIA

An occasional third branch is the ramus intermedius, which extends as a first diagonal branch (dl) or a first marginal branch (ml).

This means that the first marginal branch is a ramus intermedius.
