HDME

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Health Care Discharge report
More from the same discharge report. The patient was seen by a doctor on a daily basis during the surgery recovery period, and the doctor wrote "HDME" every day as part of the assessment. The fact that one of these assessments says 'HDME, episodio de hipotensión esta mañana" makes me think it may have something to do with blood pressure, but I'm not 100% sure, and apart from that I'm clueless.

Any ideas? TIA.
