يجب علي ان امتنع عن تناول اي مواد كحولية, بما في ذلك الجعة (البيرة ) والخمور

Can خمور be translated as "wine" or only "alcohol"? If only "alcohol", it's a bit problematic with the first part of the sentence -

"I must refrain from consuming any alcoholic substances such as beer and [alcohol]??", or just omit the alcohol?
