Я предлагаю не мудрствовать лукаво и написать "за счет дополнительных услуг", тем более что в контексте там упоминаются in-room facilities, которые не совсем за пределами снимаемых помещений.

То есть, если считать, что основная услуга, предоставляемая гостиницей - сдача внаем номеров, то все остальное - дополнительные.
