more detailed table It seems that the table is just splitted by a sentence.

More information would be useful. I presume they want to know how the patient's condition has changed during the INTERVAL since the previous visit/examination.

My shot

Since the kit has 6 bottles, I would assume from this that the kit will specify when the contents of each bottle will be used. For example,
Take 1 tsp. of Bottle A every hour for first day.
Take 1 tsp. of Bottle B twice a day until finished.
Do not take Bottle C.
...

So the interval information would be how often you are to use the contents of each bottle.
